Since the Colts got back to being relevant after drafting Andrew Luck, they’ve surrounded him with nice weapons to spread the football too. Dwayne Allen has been a threat and so has Coby Fleener who was his teammate at Stanford. Those two have been good but they don’t necessarily make a splash like T.Y. Hilton has. He’s been rewarded with a six-year/$65 million extension to stay in Indianapolis.
He’s become one of the ten best receivers in the NFL today. He’s a small guy but plays all over and does damage no matter where he’s lined up on the field. The one thing I take away from his game is how smart he is because he knows where to be at the right time to make a play. He’s become Andrew Luck’s go to guy. He stretches the field and he can turn what looks to be a short gain and can go the distance for the touchdown and he’s only going to get better as the years go along. Andrew Luck and T.Y. Hilton could easily because a top five QB/WR tandem this year.
