6. Aaron Rodgers– The value and importance of this guy was shown after he went down with the collarbone injury last season. When he was out, the Packers season started to spiral out of control. He then comes back week 17 and leads them to another division title. When he’s 100 percent healthy, to some he’s the best quarterback in the league. Aaron Rodgers comes in as my third rated quarterback on my list and the sixth best player on the list. So what is it that makes him such an electrifying football player? He’s one of the most explosive offensive weapons in the league today. He has great awareness in the pocket and his best attribute is his ability to scramble and extend plays with his feet. Defenders will say the way he throws the ball on the run is when he’s at his best. He has a very quick release when it comes to throwing the football and no quarterback is better when it comes to throwing the football to the receivers back shoulder than Aaron Rodgers. He simply makes everyone around him much better. I don’t think we’d be hearing about Randall Cobb so much if it hadn’t been for # 12 getting him the football. Nobody knew he’d be at this level after replacing a legend in Green Bay. Aaron is a legend and has made a name for himself. I think we can stop referring to him as the guy who replaced Brett.
